Diy Initial Wall Decor. Super cheap

Hey yall. Yay for the weekend. Well to start off my weekend I did a little project to brighten my day. For starters if you don't have the Michael's app get it, I use the coupons it offers all the time. I bought a wooden from cut out usually $7.99 I used my 40% off a item coupon from the app ( new coupons weekly) then I bought the G $3.99 , acrylic craft paint .49  turquoise and some ribbon .99. I used the same red from my entry table in a previous post and the turquoise for the letter slap some paint on those babies and hang where you please. Cheap,  easy and beautiful.  Happy weekend. More post this weekend.

Painted entertainment center and matching end tables

So I have this brown entertainment center I purchased at Walmart about four years ago. It was maybe two hundred dollars nothing to fancy. It had a huge hutch piece on it that I asked my hubby to remove ( wish I had a previous pic). I also had a set of end tables given to me by my mother in law about ten years ago they were cherry wood and I painted them grey a while back but just wasn't feeling the color so I changed them to. Well I for one love to be different and just get tired of brown and tan and I am slowly adding color where ever I can. So I decided to finally paint my tv stand and end tables. All I did was remove any hardware,  sand with 60 grit sand paper,  wood fill any holes or inperfections, wipe down with a damp cloth, prime with kiltz primer, add three coats of Vintage teal paint (will post a picture), two coats of polycrylic.... tada newly painted furniture... it did take me hours upon hours for all the coating. Oh and I always only use a purdy brush. Happy diy Saturday.

Redone Red Entry table

Happy weekend yall. Yay for the weekend. Well my weekly project was to look for a cheap entry table. I have been wanting a pretty entry table for months. So I actually have a good friend who knows I love redoing furniture so they gave me this table as a gift. I love different pieces I am not a brown and tan house kind of person gag....boring. So I have repainted my dining room red and had paint left over and used that. I first took off the hardware, then used kiltz primer, then two coats of red later and two coats of polycrylic I am done. Simply easy diy. No sanding on this one. Enjoy. Oh and new hardware.
